Burberry Rain Storm

Love, love, love this!  Rain on the catwalk!

I'm a big fan of umbrellas, rain, and posing with umbrellas in the rain (as evidenced in this post). So, as I was having my evening browse of the the news, I was rather pleased to read about Burberry's staged rain storm at London Fashion Week.  A clap of thunder, followed by "rain" running down the glass walls of the pavilion in which the show was taking place and sparkly rain falling on the cat walk.  Just fabulous!

As we're talking about fashion shows, I may as well pick out some of my favourite outfits...

  1. Oh wow would have loved to have been there to see it! It seems like London really went to town on their shows this time. Mcqueens forest theme looked incredible too. xx

  2. I'd seen some of the clothes from the McQueen show but hadn't noticed the models were walking across leaves - unobservant of me! But now I look at it properly, it is fabulous.

    1. It definitely seemed to be a theme of the show... but I'm sure was partly to do with me just picking out the ones with the waists because they're so lovely!

  4. Oooo and yay! Umbrellas! What fun the sparkling "rain" would have been. I particularly like the first dress on the left.

    1. It's lovely isn't it? I thought you might also like the print of the last dress.
